  • Safety & Access: Customers must provide a safe work environment and clear access to the garage door, motor, and sensors. Technicians reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (and its various LLCs) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including property damage) beyond the total amount paid for the specific service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, electrical deficiencies, or damage caused by the customer’s failure to maintain the door according to manufacturer standards.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the specific service is performed (e.g., Texas law for Texas customers). Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the specific brand's legal entity is registered.
